In the case of an item not being available you will be offered the chance to amend the order to other items sold on the website.
Ordering errors
You are able to correct ordering errors up to the point when you confirm the order. It is possible to correct an ordering error after payment has been made but only at the sole discretion of Grammar to Go and not if the item(s) have already been despatched including digital distribution.
Grammar to Go cannot be held responsible for any errors or mistakes in the delivery address you provide. If you spot an error after your order is complete then please email info@grammartogo.co.uk and we will change the address, if the order has not been despatched. If the order has already been despatched then there is nothing else we can do and should the order be dispatched to another person this is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Buying through this Site

When making purchases via Sage Pay or any other service through this website, you may be asked to supply certain personal information, including credit card or other payment mechanisms. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate and complete.
All methods of payment, including credit cards are processed when you place your order. We do not offer credit to any customer but you should contact us if you wish to use an alternative payment method.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated to take between 1 to 4 hours although this is the responsibility of our delivery providers and we cannot be held responsible for delays.
If after repeated unsuccessful attempts to deliver your order to the given email address we will try to contact you using your provided contact details to fulfil the order. However if we still cannot contact you, there is no nothing else we can do and this will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Charges incurred for delivery to outside of UK mainland and for guaranteed next day delivery will vary depending on the type of products ordered, the timeframe for delivery you require and geographic location for delivery. These delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Occasionally, delivery of your order may be delayed or postponed due to a variety of unexpected circumstances. We will make every effort to keep you informed and discuss revised delivery timescales. We cannot investigate any claims for non-delivery until 14 days from the date of despatch.
Acceptance of your order
Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the item(s) ordered. We reserve the right to cancel any order up to this time and refund any monies paid.
Delivery of the wrong or faulty items
If an item is faulty please advise us by email info@grammartogo.co.uk within 14 days and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
Cancellations, amendments & returns
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 7 days of delivery. Grammar to Go reserve the right to refuse refunds if we feel that a copyright violation has occurred.
Refunds will not be processed until we are satisfied that our copyright has not been infringed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
